Cyrulnik Fattaruso LLP prevailed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for its client the United States Polo Association, obtaining affirmance of a district court decision dismissing defamation and related claims against the USPA. The case arose from the USPA’s disciplinary process, which the district court endorsed as “responsible.”
