Cyrulnik Fattaruso LLP prevailed in the California Court of Appeal for client Lavvan, Inc. in a lawsuit alleging illegal recording under California law. CF moved to dismiss the lawsuit based on the forum selection clause in the governing contract, which specified New York law. The trial court sided the Lavvan, and the appellate court affirmed.
