Isaac Marks

Isaac is a recent graduate of Cardozo Law School. During that time, he worked diligently on complex state and federal law matters.

As an intern with Cyrulnik Fattaruso, Isaac worked on a large range of matters. In one case, Isaac stepped while the appeal was pending. After quickly getting up to speed, he drafted an appellate brief to enforce a forum selection clause. Only three weeks after oral argument, the court awarded in favor of the firm’s client.

Throughout his last semester of law school, Isaac interned with the Appeals Division of the New York City Law Department. While there, he wrote two appellate briefs and performed legal research on several cases. In addition to participating in nearly a dozen legal seminars, he acted as judge and attorney in moot arguments.

Fluent in Hebrew and Yiddish, Isaac is an ordained rabbi. Over the years, Isaac volunteered in both prisons and foreign communities. While in Nepal, he assisted foreign travelers obtain kosher food, and also conducted the world’s highest Passover Seder. In his pro-bono work, Isaac has assisted elders in getting medical and veteran benefits and other in-home services.

Outside of the office Isaac enjoys learning new languages, playing basketball, and traveling with his wife, Esty.
